Argon purification

Argon-rich gas is compressed into the PSA-Ar section in the adsorption tower is in the adsorption state, through the adsorption of CO2, N2 and part of the O2 and other impurities are adsorbed down, the argon is not adsorbed as a product from the top of the tower out of the Ar, to get 99.99~99.999 purity of Ar.
